The beautiful gentle cesarean birth of our third baby. We had a planned cesarean for a frank breech presentation after 4B tear. We used hynobirthing techniques specifically designed for our cesarean and worked with an Obstetrics team who were brave enough to focus on a gentle baby centred delivery.
