Different from your yearly posed and smiley family session where you see what everyone looks like–instead, a storytelling session shows who your family is and what your story is at this moment in time.

HOW IT WORKS
I photograph (and film) the moments that weave your family’s story - the ones that make you feel, the ones that make you breathless, and the ones that sweeten with the passage of time.
New baby in the hospital. New human at home. Playing on a Saturday morning in the back yard.
They are all part of your story.
Sessions are approximately 1-2 hours long. As much or as little guidance from me as you’d like.
10-15 minutes may be allotted to posed images at the start of your session if requested.

WHAT IT COSTS
Your $200 (included) Session Fee holds your spot in my calendar, and covers my time before and during your session. Depending on the collection you choose, you will receive a digital proof gallery after your session so you can select your included images.
Individual digital files are $25 each. Payment plans are available. All fees subject to applicable taxes.

THE PROCESS
Step 1: You contact me to book a date (or due date) into my calendar.
Step 2: I send over an invoice, contract and questionnaire for you to fill out so we can get to know each other a little. I’m here to answer any questions you have about the session. Retainer is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
Step 3: This is the easiest part for you. I’m here with you, to document your family’s story. You live your life the way you normally do. We make magic from the seemingly mundane and turn your every day into a masterpiece.
Step 4: Within 2-3 weeks, you receive access to an online gallery that holds the best images from our time together. From the time you open the gallery, you have a week to choose or download your images and/or upgrade your collection.
Step 5: Sit back and savour life. Delivery of your digital images is almost immediate. Prints and albums, once approved by you, are crafted and delivered within 4-6 weeks.
