MINI SESSION AGREEMENT
Sessions must be booked and completed by 11:59 PM on September 11, 2025. A session is considered booked once the session fee has been paid in full and the terms and conditions have been accepted. The session fee is non-refundable, except in the event of an act of God (such as a natural disaster, extreme weather, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of both parties). However, your session may be transferred to another family if written notice is provided and the new participants agree to the original terms. Each session is scheduled for a 30-minute time slot. Please early, as late arrivals will result in a shorter session. Sessions are booked back to back and cannot be extended. Failure to attend your session at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show, and your session and session fee will be forfeited. Any admission or entry fees required by the sunflower field or photography location are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the session fee. By booking this session, you grant the photographer the right to take and use photographs from your session for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, portfolio, advertising, and print materials. You understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images. If you have concerns about specific images being shared publicly, please communicate those in writing prior to your session. *
In the event of frost and an inability to use the sunflower farm, an alternate location will be communicated to you. In the event of poor weather, sessions will be rescheduled for another evening.
